Considering user options

I think it's better to ask the user directly what they want. I should start with a quick acknowledgment and then ask how I can help. Maybe I can offer a list of options for them to choose from. I need to present clear next steps, even if the user hasn't asked explicitly. So, I’ll come up with three options and let them respond with a number. Let’s get to that!
